Despite all the rhetoric and blustering by Hollywood and groups like 24 Hours for Darfur, the one country actually doing something about it is one of the most hated countries on the planet:
Notice what they say. Despite the refugees being Muslims, no Muslim country would take them in. In fact, they had to travel through Egypt to get to Israel.

So why not have america arm them and the IDF train them and send them home. 300 well armed and disciplined men can change the course of history. And it would be nice to have a friendly government in Africa
No no, the U.N.'s got it all taken care of. They've issued an arrest warrant for the president of Sudan. I'm sure he will turn himself in.
I did think it was funny on NPR this week some commentator said issuing an arrest warrant wasn't the right thing to do because it will weaken the Sudanese government. Um, yeah. Duh. That's kind of the point.
